The Pennsylvania Trappers Association will be offering a number of events this fall to promote trapping.

In our area, District 3 will be offering a trapper school on Sunday, Sept. 23, at the Youngwood Sportsmen Club. The school will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with no cost and lunch provided. Topics covered will include equipment and preparation, water trapping, land trapping, introduction to cable restraints, trapping ethics and fur handling.
