After hearing from trappers and trapping reform advocates in the wake of a dog’s death near Afton, the Wyoming Game and Fish Commission plans to again talk about trapping reform.
Becky Barber’s dog, Jester, was killed in an illegally set conibear trap in the Swift Creek drainage this winter. At the tail end of an eight-hour Game and Fish Commission meeting Tuesday, Barber started to give public comment.
