[Reprinted from original] A fur trapper was found dead Tuesday afternoon in a Hancock County bog. David Bridges, 70, of Kennebunk was fur trapping in a bog off 32000 Road, near the Stud Mill Road, in Township 41, according to Shannon Moss, a spokesperson for the Maine Department of Public Safety. He was found dead just off the road about 3:32 p.m., Moss said Wednesday. His death doesn’t appear suspicious, but the Maine medical examiner’s office has not yet determined a cause and manner of death. Bridges’ death remains under investigation.
