Spooks doing what they do best? Or legitimate? You decide. These things often become "Ugandan Times" stories. Meaning the spooks will plant a story in some remote newspaper you've never heard of that may or may not exist, then the NY Times will pick up on it (magically) and "cite" that story as legitimate AND having-been in 'another newspaper,' thereby having shoved it into the social consciousness of its readers, and the world.
