Bradley William Long, Sr. "Madweyaabiigibijigan-inini" (Guitar Man), age 76, passed away on Friday, November 27, 2020, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Bradley was born in Red Lake to Patrick "Zob" Long Sr. and Elizabeth "Makoons" Long (Martin). As a child, Bradley attended Elementary School in Red Lake. While growing up in Red Lake, Bradley loved to go hunting, fishing, and trapping. Bradley also enjoyed singing powwow songs with his brother Ron and cousin Tilford. When Bradley turned 18 years old, he moved to California to search for work before relocating to Chicago where he lived for many years.

Bradley met Rose Hayden and they married in 1967 and welcomed their first son William (Bill) during the same year. They moved to Minneapolis and later on welcomed three more sons; Bradley Jr (Junior), Gary and Patrick (Pat).

As a young man, Bradley taught himself how to play the guitar. Bradley grew a passion for playing the guitar and became very skilled at playing. He was known to friends and family for playing Johnny Cash cover songs on his guitar. During his life, Bradley played in different bands in Minneapolis, Chicago and Red Lake. His sons grew up enjoying music as well. Bradley enjoyed having jam sessions with his sons.

Bradley enjoying spending time with friends and family, he was known to make others laugh. He liked to watch football, especially the Vikings. He will be missed dearly by family and friends.

Bradley is survived by his sons; Bill, Junior and Gary. Brother; Ron and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins and numerous friends.

He is Preceded in death by his son; Patrick (Pat), both parents, brothers; Charles "Koos" Martin Sr, Patrick "Zob" Long Jr, Freddie Long, Lawrence "Jo-Ball" Long, sisters; Barbara Long and Catherine "Tic-toe" Long.

A wake for Bradley will begin on Monday, November 30th, 2020 at 10:00 P.M and will continue until funeral service on Wednesday, December 2nd, 2020, at 11:00 AM. Pallbearers will be Charles "Tiny Man" Martin Jr., Wilbert Tait, Darrell Goose,Charles Hatton, Bill Long, and Junior Long. Honorary Pallbearers will be Bradley's family and friends. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in the traditional burial section. Allen Hardy will serve as Spiritual Adviser.
